The ability level of AI is very close to humans in the world of “intellect”, which stores and analyzes knowledge and information.

Many researchers say that “singularities” that exceed the level of human intelligence are close.

According to the Nihon Keizai Shimbun, the question was, “Can artificial intelligence (AI) surpass genius painter Van Gogh?”

The author of the article asked Dr. Jeffrey Hinton, emeritus professor at the University of Toronto, “Can AI go beyond Van Gogh?”.

He is called the AI ​​Godfather and is a leader in deep learning research.

He said, “It will not be possible in the next 10 years,” but “it can be in 100 years.”

He predicts that AI will eventually go beyond Van Gogh.

This prophecy is somewhat consistent with the “Singularity 2045 Theory”.
